ambers beauty studio, based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, has been a place of calm, care and exceptional treatments since 1986. My aim has always been simple: to offer the very best products, technology and expertise, all chosen to meet my exacting standards and give you outstanding value… after all ‘ambers is a name you can trust’.
I believe deeply in looking after ourselves — the one person we often forget. Whether it’s beautifully shaped brows, removing unwanted hair, softening lines or clearing thread veins, even small improvements can boost confidence. And taking time to relax is essential; our massages and facials leave you glowing, re‑energised and ready to face daily life again.

From IPL hair removal and CACI non‑surgical facelifts to permanent make‑up and Eve Taylor Facials, you’ll find superb care, a warm welcome and a tranquil space where time slows down.
ambers is easy to find in the small parade of shops on Long Chaulden, with free parking right outside, including disabled spaces. If you need any assistance, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

Studio Etiquette
To preserve a tranquil atmosphere, please keep noise to a minimum when arriving or moving through the studio. This is your time to relax so keeping noise to a minimum is necessary.
For your comfort and relaxation please switch off your mobile phone while in the studio.
I’m currently offering bespoke appointment times. Simply WhatsApp or email me with your preferred date, time, and treatment, and I’ll do my best to find a slot that suits you.
We’ll send you a text message 48 hours before your appointment asking you to confirm or cancel.
Please remember to reply — your response updates our system and secures your booking.
Your health and safety is our priority and we have a Health and Wellbeing Declaration which we
will email to you prior to your appointment.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your treatment. This allows time to relax and complete our consultation form without feeling rushed.
We understand that delays happen. We’ll always make the most of your remaining time, but to respect other clients, treatments must finish at the scheduled time.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice (48 hours for treatments over 1½ hours).
Cancellations within 24 hours that we’re unable to fill incur a fee of £7 per 15 minutes booked.
Missed appointments are charged at the full treatment price.
This is your time. If you’d like the room warmer or cooler, the music adjusted, or a change in massage pressure, simply let me know.
Casual clothing is ideal. Robes can be provided if needed. Please avoid bringing jewellery or valuables.
Discreet draping techniques will be used throughout your treatment to ensure your privacy.
For pedicures, please wear open‑toe sandals.
To maintain a peaceful environment for all clients, children under 13 may only attend with prior arrangement.
